Leslie Justi
Co-Founder & Director

Leslie Justi is the co-owner and director of Allé Dance Conservatory, where she has been teaching ballet for over 20 years. With extensive experience in pre-professional training programs, competitive dance schools, and coaching students for competitions, Leslie has played a key role in shaping the careers of numerous dancers. She danced with Colorado Ballet for the majority of her professional career, performing Soloist roles in a wide range of works by renowned choreographers such as George Balanchine, Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham, Donald McKayle, Peter Pucci, Michael Pink, and Septime Webre. In addition to contemporary works, she performed in the classical staples The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Swan Lake, and The Nutcracker.

A former scholarship student at Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and Hartford Ballet, Leslie began her early training at South Florida Ballet Academy under the mentorship of Anne and Nicholas Polajenko. After high school, she launched her professional career with Hartford Ballet, and went on to perform with Memphis Ballet and Bay Ballet Theatre before spending the majority of her career with Colorado Ballet.

From 2006 to 2009, Leslie served as the Director of the Colorado Ballet Academy’s South Location, where she was instrumental in expanding the academy’s programs and student outreach. In this role, Leslie was responsible for coaching and staging Colorado Ballet Academy students when they danced in Colorado Ballet’s mainstage productions, providing them with invaluable performance experience and exposure to professional-level productions. Her students have earned prestigious accolades, including the YAGP Hope Award, top 12 placements at the NY Finals in the Pre-Competitive category, and numerous top overall finishes at dance competitions nationwide.

At Allé Dance Conservatory, Leslie remains passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers. Focusing on classical technique and committing to individualized coaching, she continues to help students reach their full potential, both artistically and personally.

Samantha Wilheim
Co-Founder & Director

Samantha is indeed a highly accomplished dancer, choreographer, educator, and leader boasting over 25 years of experience in the dance world. Her dance JOURNEY began at a tender age of 3 in New Jersey. The dance studio has always been where Samantha loves spending her time. She is now dedicated to creating an environment that her students can call home.

Samantha went on to have a distinguished career performing at Radio City Music Hall, notably as a dancer, dance captain, swing, assistant choreographer, and associate choreographer for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, starring the iconic Radio City Rockettes. Over these years Samantha gained valuable lessons in teaching the show to the cast, teamwork, cast management, cast camaraderie, maintaining the intension and cleanliness of the show, and being a leader by helping to bring out the best in her cast members.

Her impressive credits also include work on Heart and Lights, New York Spring Spectacular, America’s Got Talent, and collaborations with renowned artists like Pitbull.

As co-founder of ALLÉ DANCE CONSERVATORY, Samantha shares her passion for dance with students, fostering a nurturing environment that cultivates confidence, technique, performance, joy and gratitude. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes guiding dancers to realize their full potential while instilling a lifelong love for dance. ALLÉ DANCE CONSERVATORY is a place her students can celebrate their JOURNEYS.
